Rifidi is an open source tool (meaning absolutely free and configurable) that lets you create virtual rfid readers. The virtual readers behave exactly like the real readers do and you can use them to test (load and functional), prototype and build RFID applications. It is the top ranked RFID project on Sourceforge.net with a rapidly growing userbase and a steady stream of improvements and releases.
RFID Review is to RFID what Anandtech and Tom's Hardware is to the personal computer. This site is the result of a collaboration with universities and corporations to review the strengths and weaknesses of the most popular RFID hardware and software on the market. The goal is to provide an objective and scientific analysis of how different hardware performs so that the RFID user, developer, and enthusiasts can get more information before making their purchasing decisions.
